Terms of Sale

The commercial terms behind a Besenled order: quotation validity, payment, delivery and risk, warranty reference, returns, liability and governing law.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This page summarises the commercial terms we normally use. The quotation, proforma invoice or signed contract for your order prevails if it differs from this summary.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the exchange rate at the time of quotation; a movement of more than 0.3% may require recalculation. Taxes, duties and local certification costs are excluded unless the quotation says otherwise.

2. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and receive the agreed deposit. Payment terms are stated in the proforma invoice or contract; they are not fixed for every customer or market. Production starts after the deposit and the approved specification are received.

3. Delivery and risk

Incoterms are stated in the quotation, normally FOB, CIF or DDP. Production takes 7–30 days depending on the product and customization. Transit is typically 7–12 days by air, 20–30 days by rail and 25–35 days by sea. Local certification can add about one month. These ranges are planning estimates, not a guaranteed door-to-door date.

4. Samples

Regular small commercial products and accessories may be supplied free of charge. Custom or large samples are charged. The product value of a sample may be credited against the first order. Freight is normally paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

5. Warranty

Whole-fixture warranty is 2–5 years depending on the product line. Driver failures are handled by free replacement; the seller pays the freight for the replacement driver. We aim to respond within 3 days and provide a solution plan within 7 days. Spare parts are normally shipped by air with DDP double-clearance door-to-door service.

Warranty does not cover labour, force majeure, incorrect installation, electrical supply problems or abnormal surge damage. A claim needs the invoice, test report, video evidence and installation records.

6. Returns and RMA

Do not return goods without an RMA number. Contact us first so we can identify the failure and choose repair, replacement or credit. Custom and non-standard products are not returnable unless we agree in writing.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to the extent stated in the applicable quotation or contract and permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or project delay, unless the contract says otherwise.

8. Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction are stated in the quotation or contract. If they are not stated, the law of the seller’s legal entity applies to the extent permitted.

9. Contact

Questions about an order, quotation or these terms can be sent through the contact page.
