Our commitment
We want everyone who visits besenled.com to be able to find product information, request documents and send a project brief. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target standard.
What we do
- Use semantic headings, landmarks and form labels.
- Keep keyboard focus visible and interactive controls reachable by keyboard.
- Maintain readable contrast and responsive layouts.
- Provide alternative text for meaningful images.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences where the interface supports it.
Known limitations
Some documents in the download centre, such as datasheets, test reports and certificates, are PDFs supplied by manufacturers or laboratories. They may not be tagged for screen readers. If you need an accessible version, contact us and we will provide the relevant text or data in another format where we can.
Third-party components, including translation and chat tools, are outside our direct control and may not fully meet the same standard. We review them when they are updated.

If you find a barrier, contact us through the contact page and include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you used. We aim to respond within five business days.
