Start with the Project Boundary

• Identify the destination market and authority having jurisdiction.
• Define the application, environment, installation method, voltage, controls, and emergency requirements.
• Confirm whether the requirement applies to the complete fixture, a component, a test method, or a project calculation.
• Match every compliance claim to the exact model, certificate or report number, revision, issuer, and current status.

Common Evidence Groups

• Safety and market access: requirements depend on the destination market and product configuration.
• Photometric performance: use model-specific test data and IES or LDT files with documented calculation assumptions.
• Environmental suitability: verify IP, impact, temperature, corrosion, vibration, washdown, or hazardous-location evidence as applicable.
• Controls and system compatibility: confirm interfaces, drivers, sensors, wiring, and commissioning requirements.
