What happens next
- We confirm the exact model and the certificate scope.
- We send public metadata and the documents that can be shared.
- If an NDA is required, we send the agreement and release the full file after it is signed.
- If a document does not exist for that model, we say so instead of substituting another model’s file.
Response target
We aim to respond within one business day. This is a target, not a contractual SLA; complex certificate packs can take longer.
