OEM, ODM and Customization
OEM and ODM customization for industrial lighting: CCT, housing, logo, packaging, MOQ, lead times and certificate impact confirmed before quote.
OEM and ODM work starts with the specification, not the logo. We confirm what changes, what stays certified and what the MOQ is before quoting.
What can be customized
- CCT and beam: typically 7–10 days for a standard housing.
- Aluminium housing: typically 7–10 days; die-cast housing about 30 days.
- Logo: about 7 days.
- Packaging: neutral MOQ 1; colour-box private label typically 3,000; logo packaging from about 300 depending on the product.
- Voltage and control: set per product and destination market.
What we check before quoting
A change can affect the driver, thermal performance, IP/IK, certificate scope or lead time. We check those before confirming the price. If a change moves the product outside its certificate, we say so.
MOQ and samples
Standard products can start at MOQ 1. Custom and private-label orders have their own MOQ. Custom or large samples are charged; the product value may be credited against the first order.
