How to Order

The order process step by step: RFQ, quotation valid 30 days, sample, proforma invoice, deposit, production, logistics and warranty handover.

This is the normal path from a project brief to a delivered order. The exact steps and documents are confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice.

  1. Send the project brief

Tell us the application, country, quantity, target illuminance, mounting height, certification requirement and deadline. Drawings, a BOQ or a lighting layout help. Use the contact page.

  2. Get a quotation and a document position

We confirm the suitable product family, specifications, lead time and the certificate position for your market. The quotation is valid for 30 days; exchange-rate movement above 0.3% may require recalculation.

  3. Check a sample or a test report

Regular small samples can be free; custom or large samples are charged. The product value may be credited against the first order. Freight is normally paid by the customer.

  4. Approve the specification

We confirm the model, wattage, beam, CCT, control, voltage, label and packaging in writing. Custom CCT and aluminium housing usually take 7–10 days; die-cast housing about 30 days.

  5. Proforma invoice and deposit

Payment terms are stated in the proforma invoice or contract. Production starts after the deposit and the approved specification are received.

  6. Production and quality check

Production is normally 7–30 days. We check the batch before packing and can share inspection photos or a test report for the order.

  7. Shipping and documents

Incoterms are normally FOB, CIF or DDP. Air is typically 7–12 days, rail 20–30 days and sea 25–35 days. Local certification can add about one month. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and the agreed certificates or test reports.

  8. Delivery and warranty handover

After delivery, keep the invoice, installation records and any commissioning data. Warranty is 2–5 years by product line; claims follow the warranty and RMA process.
