Editorial Policy

Who writes Besenled technical content, who reviews it, how specifications are sourced, how corrections are handled and how AI tools are used.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy explains who writes and reviews besenled.com content, how technical claims are sourced, and how corrections are handled.

Who writes

Technical pages are written by Besenled staff who work with the products, applications or compliance documents. Where a page names an author, that person is a real member of the team; we do not use invented names or AI-generated author profiles.

Who reviews

Product specifications, certificates, test reports and application guidance are reviewed by an engineer, quality or compliance colleague before publication. Pages that make a technical claim should show a reviewer and a review date; if they do not, treat the claim as unverified and ask us.

How sources are used

  • Specifications come from the current datasheet, test report or controlled product record.
  • Certificates are linked to their issuer, number, standard, validity and covered models.
  • Lumen values are calculated unless a measured report is supplied; the page says which one applies.
  • Project outcomes are only published with permission and with a stated basis and method.
  • External standards are cited by name; a standard reference is not a claim that a product is certified to it.

AI tools

We may use AI tools to help draft, translate or structure text. They are not a source of product facts. A person checks specifications, certificates and claims before publication, and we do not publish AI-generated author identities or fabricated project data.

Corrections

If a page is wrong, tell us through the contact page with the URL and the evidence. We correct material errors, update the review date, and keep a record of the change. If a claim cannot be supported, we remove it rather than leave it online.

Updates

Certificate and product pages are reviewed when a document changes, when a product is revised, or at least annually. Legal and policy pages are reviewed when the underlying process changes.
